"When I was checking the options I would look around and think I had done it a thousand times before - I would get going, then get lost and not really know what I am doing and just quit. It was all just too overwhelming. But you feel like you have to cheap out on the extra fees for personal training so you don't get it at all. I needed something personal. I didn't have the tools to understand how get the results that I wanted out of the workout. Also, I never really liked the co-ed environment because... I just don't. "I just wanted to share some encouraging news with you on the benefits I have derived from circuit training. I was diagnosed with MS back in the early 80's and have pretty much coasted through the disease process with few exceptions. I have been circuit training at EFFEX180 for the past 6 weeks and have noticed some marked improvements in my overall health.

For the past 2-3 years I have been unable to vacuum or wash floors because of problems with my back. This past Saturday I was cleaning my house as usual and noticed that the carpets really needed a good vacuuming and the floors really needed washing. My husband who normally does these chores for me was in the backyard assembling a garden shed. I didn't want to disturb him, so I decided to pull out the vacuum and have a go at it myself with the intention of just vacuuming one room at a time. But before I knew it; the entire main floor was vacuumed and I wasn't in any discomfort. After a short break, I washed all the floors on the main level, again without any discomfort.
