A CIRCUIT PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR YOU
At EFFEX 180 we offer circuit programs to meet your needs and fitness level that keep you motivated so you can achieve your goals. Whether you are looking for a good cardio workout or a strength training program to stave off osteoporosis, improve your running or just want to lose weight we can help. If you have never used weights before don't worry we will teach you everything you need to know. You will never feel intimidated in a gym again.

 

Circuit training is an effective and efficient way of exercising, ideal for today's busy woman. We adjust your program every 4 to 6 weeks so you won't have time to get bored. No more waiting around for machines or wondering what you should do next.

 

"TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" SESSION

Hey! What's a TBUB?  At EFFEX 180 Ladies Fitness Studio it means that you can "Try Before You Buy"!  That's right! Call in to book your private training session with a lifestyle & fitness coach.  You can expect your TBUB to last approximately an hour.  The purpose is to review the options available, show you how to adjust the fitness machines to fit you personally and go over technique and form while doing a basic program so that you can see how they can help you meet your goals.  There is no obligation and you are free to go home and consider if you would like to join.

 

PERSONAL CONSULTATION SESSION

Each member receives a personal consultation with one of our certified Lifestyle & Fitness Coaches to get you off to a great start!

 

ONGOING PERSONAL GUIDANCE & COACHING

Our friendly, professional, and certified  coaches will teach you your circuit routines and provide  ongoing coaching and encouragement to keep you on track and working out at your optimal pace and intensity level. 

 

SAMPLE AND DEFINED EFFEX
These short term programs are designed to get you in shape for a special event or to jump start your fitness program and are ideal for those who prefer to take their fitness one step at a time.

 

FAT LOSS SERIES
EFFEX 180 highly recommends their Fat Loss series of classes to all members, to discuss their progress, encourage others in their goals and receive lifestyle & fitness guidance with an AFLCA Certified Coach. Each meeting includes Body EFFEX tracking, assignments, recipes, tips, an effective Accountability Tracking Program, the weekly feature topic and of course some fun!

 

BOOT CAMPS
Variety is the spice of life!  The great outdoors and friends to do your workouts with are just that much more fun!  Ask about our latest schedule for your 90 minute weekend workout!

 

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Sessions are available to both members and visitors in groups of 6 or more.  Topics include:
• Fundamentals of Strength Training
• Sport Specific Strength Training 

• Strength Training with Free Weights
What you learn can be applied anywhere, even at home! Ask any of our caring staff for a current schedule and advice on what will meet your needs best!
