We offer 20 minute information sessions throughout the day and evening that provide you with an opportunity to tour our facility, talk to our friendly staff and get your questions answered. TBUB - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY & ONE WEEK FREE PASS We offer a complimentary 90 minute training session for those who haven't tried our unique studio before and want to find out how it all works. Book your appointment by clicking on the link above and you will be trained on our FAT BLASTER program and get to try it out for a whole week FREE! We will adjust the fitness machines to fit you personally and review exercise technique and form with you. You will also find out what we offer to meet your goals with other personalized programs. On the floor Assistance Did you know that proper exercise technique is not only safer it is more effective in getting results. That is why at EFFEX 180 our friendly professional staff can help make sure you have adjusted the weight machines correctly to fit you best as well as providing on the floor cues and guidance on technique, repetition range and advise on raising weight. All you have to do is ask!
MICRO effex Spontaneous coach led 10 minute sessions that focus on specific areas of the body like upper, core, buns, legs or an awesome cardio burn. This gives you added variety in your program, prevents boredom and is FUN!!
PERSONAL LIFESTYLE & FITNESS COACHING Sessions These one-on-one coaching sessions offer fitness and nutritional counsel, goal setting, follow up on your body assessment (weight & measurement, body fat etc.) motivational strategies as well as exercise review aimed at helping clients reach their fitness goals. You can choose which elements are most important to you at the time of the session. If you have had trouble getting in to do your workouts you may choose to focus on motivational strategies and goal setting as opposed to exercise. On the other hand you may be ready for a change in exercises - so that will be the focus. You may need some guidance with your diet to boost your results. Bottom line is you get to discuss with a coach what is important to you in reaching your goals! 30 and 60 minute sessions are available. A 30 minute session each month is included in our Sapphire Memberships. This service is always available to non-members who are active in a home or other gym program but would like some guidance.
Small group FITNESS CLASSES You won't feel intimidated or lost in a crowd in our small & intimate group fitness classes. Try our Club Cardio for the Uncoordinated or our Killer ABS class. Visitors are welcome to drop-in and your first class is free! Class schedule can be accessed from the home page.

Fitness CLINICS Led by a Lifestyle & Fitness Coach in a small group setting. A variety of opportunities to learn and participate in a new fitness activity. Non-members welcome. Types of activities may include but are not limited to the following: ACCELERATE FAT LOSS - Learn To Run If you have ever wanted to run successfully and wish that you could try it with a small group of ladies only and have the guidance and support to succeed - you can count on our coaches! EQUIPMENT SPECIFIC CLINICS Learn how to use a variety of specialty exercise equipment with skill so you can get the most out of it e.g. kettle bells, free weights, bands & balls.
