At EFFEX 180 we believe in and promote healthy lifestyle choices which includes following healthy nutritional guidelines based on the Canada Food Guide. We don't promote a specific diet nor do we endorse fad dieting or supplements as effective means of weight reduction. Controlling what you eat (along with a regular physical activity) is an integral part of any successful long term weight loss and weight management program. Our goal is to help each of our clients reach a healthy weight and then maintain that weight within a few pounds for their lifetime. We see solid nutritional counsel as an important component of the services we provide. We provide nutritional tools and an accountability program to help clients reach their healthy eating goals.
